Greetings Fine People -

Basic tracks were recorded for this new record on February 5th and 6th, 2011 at
Woolly Mammoth Sound in Waltham, MA with Dave Minehan engineering. Adam Steinberg produced and played guitar, Sarab Singh (from NYC's Harper Blynn) played drums and Jeff St. Pierre played bass.  Additional tracking was done in the following months at Adam Steinberg's home studio in Watertown, MA and in July of 2011, yet more tracking continued at Clubhouse in Rhinebeck, NY (where the 2002 release Mr. Heart was created) with owner/engineer Paul Antonell. The amazing pedal steel/guitar/mando player John Graboff joined us for a day and we were thrilled with what he brought to the record. We returned with great tracks, excited to move forward.

Scheduling conflicts and the holidays slowed our progress but shortly after the new year, another trip to Clubhouse in February yielded some excellent additional guitar tracks by

Jim Weider, as fine a player as they come. Back in Boston, more work continued this spring at Kissy Pig studios in Allston with Kerm Mogensen engineering.

Below you will find two songs available for download (mixed by Paul Kolderie
). When all songs are done, a real-live-honest-to-God cd will miraculously appear. Soon come.

Lotsa love,

Amy
